Offers teens confidential services and provides free community resources information, crisis intervention, and non-judgmental active listening.
2) National Suicide Prevention Lifeline 1-800-273-8255
24/7 free, confidential phone line that connects individuals in crisis with trained counselors across the United States. People do not have to be suicidal to call – reasons to call include: substance abuse, economic worries, relationships, sexual identity, illness, getting over abuse, depression mental and physical illness, and loneliness.
3) NAMI Help Line 1-800-950-NAMI (6264)
HelpLine staff and volunteers are prepared to answer your questions about mental health issues including: Symptoms of mental health conditions, Treatment options, Local support groups and services, Education programs, Helping family members get treatment, Programs to help find jobs, and Legal issues (the NAMI Legal Resource Service can connect individuals with attorneys in their area but does not have the resources to provide individual representation)

Their mission is to help youth strengthen mental wellness through technology-driven resources and peer support. They have online platforms to build meaningful connections and include real stories from other young adults with mental health conditions.

Half of us aims to initiate a public dialogue to raise awareness about the prevalence of mental health issues and connect students to the appropriate resources to get help. This website gives information about different mental health conditions, and allows you to learn about specific emotions or issues that you are experiencing.
The goal of OK2TALK is to create a community for teens and young adults struggling with mental health problems and encourage them to talk about what they’re experiencing by sharing their personal stories of recovery, tragedy, struggle or hope. Anyone can add their voice by sharing creative content such as poetry, inspirational quotes, photos, videos, song lyrics and messages of support in a safe, moderated space.

A safe, private place for teens who need honest, accurate information and advice about health, emotions, and life. TeensHealth is accessible 24 hours a day so you can get the doctor-approved information you need to make educated decisions — or help a friend who needs advice. There give information on a range of topics including: mental health, relationships, common stressors, and feelings/emotions.

Their goal is to amplify the voices of all people who want to put an end to mental health stigma, creating a community where everyone feels comfortable reaching out for the support they deserve. This website includes stories of hope and educational videos to open up the conversation about mental health.
9) Know the Signs
Know the Signs is a suicide prevention social marketing campaign built on three key messages: Know the signs. Find the words. Reach out. This campaign is intended to educate individuals on how to recognize the warning signs of suicide, how to find the words to have a direct conversation with someone in crisis and where to find professional help and resources.
