Support Groups

All NAMI courses and support groups are in  safe and confidential settings.

All programs are taught by trained and certified NAMI facilitators.

These meetings are referred to as peer support, and not psychotherapy. Meetings usually last either 1 or 1 ½ hours. To see our scheduled support group meetings, please visit our calendar page.
